Had another great day at Delta for the Heat Series and this round was a little hotter than the last but so was the racing.

The format was as usual except with the good turnout the mains would go for 25 minutes straight on one of the best layouts I have been on all year.

Buggy Main Event
In the buggy main event it was Phillip Atondo taking the TQ spot with Team Associated's John Scott and Jason Moberly taking the 2nd and 3rd spots on the grid.  For the first 10 minutes it was Phillip in the lead and Jason Moberly about 3 seconds behind, with Phillip making a mistake close to the front straight Jason was able to close the gap for a battle, but Phillip was able to find his pace and started making less mistakes while keeping his line which would give him the win in the end.  John Scott, while fighting his setup was able to retain the 2nd position and Jason Moberly in 3rd.

Truggy Main Event
It looked to be anyones race for the first 10 minutes with the lead changing several times between the competitors, but around the 12 minute mark or so it was Matt Hunt capturing the top spot for the rest of the race and finishing with the well deserved win.

Well done to all the competitors who showed up and participated in a well run race, and make sure you get your equipment ready for the next Delta Heat Race, date yet to be determined.
