Featured Photo Gallery Artist - Andrew Hooper

I like to welcome Andrew Hooper into the Empire as one of the Featured Gallery Artists.  Andrew started taking pictures last year at rescue, and his images were top notch.  You can view his work in the photos section in the website.  Andrew also races in the 1/8th scale buggy sportsman class with his 8ight.
