The new 2010 Norcal R/C Championship Series is HERE!!! This year boasts the addition of 1/8 Electric Buggy/Truggy class, as well as 3 new hosting track locations: Norcal Hobbies, Rattlesnake Raceway, Petaluma R/C.

There is a new race format---Rounds 1-4 determine which Division you ultimately race in---and top drivers will battle it out for the silver Championship Cup at the Finals!!!

Round #1 --- THIS SATURDAY --4/10 @Norcal Hobbies!!!!!

- Gates open at 7:00am
- Open Practice from 7:00-9:00am
- Racing starts at 10:00am

Entry fee is $30 for the first entry & $20 for each additional. All racers that participate in ALL 8 Rounds of the Seris will get the official 2010 Series T-Shirt FREE!

Classes will be: 1/8 Nitro Buggy/Truggy and 1/8 Electric Buggy/Truggy

 No they are incorrect AGAIN!!

Kraig I did not get any points for round 2 in the buggy class. I finished 6th in the c main heres a link to the results.

Franky why dont u just write down the spot u finished every race and calculate it yourself after the last race and see if they match up?

Because the Results Summary sheet was missing some of the Mains, the individual race results files have been posted at:

Also, Points have been reposted---with an additional column added for the 'participation points', which will carry over into Round 5. (Ex: You receive +1 participation point for attending the previous round...so your Round2 points will be increased by +1 if you raced in Round1, and so forth.) Man BR with all my years of education I cant seem to figure out whats going on with the points. I am waiting to hear back from NASA and I guess they are having a hard time too, hehehe I realized on Sat with this new format there is no way to defend my 1st place int truggy title from 2009, It no longer exists, so IDK what the hell I am doing out there besides hanging out with all you crazy guys. I mean on Sat there was almost a fist fight over some BS and then when you passed me in the pits during your main I def steered clear. Man you looked like you were out for blood. But its ok I just suit up, show up, pay my fee and hammer down buddy. This last time I paid twice. JK. I reached in my pocket to pull out a temp gun and musta dropped a loose $50 on the drivers stand during am practice. No one said anything. I asked a couple guys but well I gotta start using super glue to keep that stuff around. My own fault really paying too much attention to the cars and not TCOB. See you at the Nova Challenge.

Hey guys the outdoor track at Delta is looking really good this year and is a lot of fun. There will be practice this Friday  to get ready for saturdays race, and camping will be allowed Friday night.

The couple times I've camped there I just show up and camp. Plenty of room behind the drivers stand on the grass for RV's. I'm not sure if it's free or what. We will find out this weekend
